Terms of Service
By engaging in any service, training, or purchasing any product from Rapunzel Rahaayi you acknowledge and agree that results are not guaranteed. Rapunzel Rahaayi shall not be held liable should desired outcomes not be achieved.
Privacy Policy
All personal information shared with Rapunzel Rahaayi will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of the service, training, or product you are participating in or purchasing.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are expected to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session will be considered forfeited with no refund. However, cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and grace may be extended at Rapunzel’s discretion.
Refund Policy
All purchases made through Rapunzel Reza are final. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that refunds will not be issued. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Rapunzel’s discretion.
Billing Policy
Payment for any session is due at or before the time of the scheduled appointment. Sessions not paid for in advance may be released and offered to another client.
Rates
Rapunzel Reza reserves the right to adjust rates at any time. Clients engaged in an existing package will retain their original rate until the completion of that package. Should the client choose to continue beyond the package term, the current advertised rate on the official website will apply.
Termination Policy
If a client chooses to discontinue their participation in any service or training offered by Rapunzel Reza, they are still responsible for completing all outstanding payments associated with the original agreement until the balance is paid in full.
